Miklós Lukács' new solo concert invites the audience to a special musical journey. The artist will take his listeners through the music of past centuries - right up to the present day, creating a bridge between past and present with the cimbalom's unique and diverse sound.
The evening is not just a selection of masterpieces from the history of music: improvisation will play a prominent role alongside the pieces performed, as well as the artist's own compositions. The unique combination of works arranged for cimbalom and improvisations born in the moment will create an unforgettable atmosphere.

With this program, Miklós Lukács proves once again that the cimbalom is not only part of the Hungarian and Eastern European tradition, but is a fully-fledged solo instrument that has a worthy place on any concert podiums around the world.
