Péter was educated in classical music, but he turned early toward jazz. He is a founding member of Trio Acoustic. He recorded his first album at the age of 18 which was followed by more than a dozen since then. He has collaborated with several groups and musicians from Hungary to Japan.

He is a member of Cornelio Tutu Band and Mio Matsuda Group. He has played with Tony Lakatos, Csaba Deseő, Hisao Fukushima and Teraya san.
